Cancellations

1>before noon on the day before your booking – full refund
2>after 12 to 9pm on the day before your booking – 30% charge
3>same day cancellation before the tour starts – 50% charge
4>once the tour has begun – 100% charge

*Every tour must have a minimum of 2 guests
*All tours and activities are comprehensively insured
